Charitable Purpose
Your New Leaf Foundation Ltd is established as a not-for-profit charity with the primary charitable purpose of advancing mental health, wellbeing, and education. The Foundation exists to support individuals experiencing personal and professional life transitions, with a strong focus on early intervention, prevention, and building resilience.
The Foundation is committed to creating accessible, inclusive, and empowering programs that help people take control of their wellbeing, improve their emotional and psychological health, and pursue purposeful career and life pathways.
KEY OBJECTIVES
To promote mental health and emotional wellbeing through community education and personalised support.
To support disadvantaged or underrepresented individuals—especially women, carers, and young adults—through targeted coaching and guidance.
To provide preventative and early-intervention programs for individuals facing stress, burnout, redundancy, or life change.
To deliver accessible, evidence-informed learning experiences that enhance life skills, resilience, and self-efficacy.
To empower participants to confidently navigate career transitions and build a future of wellbeing and fulfilment.
SERVICES & MAIN ACTIVITIES
Delivery of online and in-person wellbeing and resilience workshops.
Partnerships with community, education, and health organisations to improve program reach and impact.
Provision of personalised coaching, mentoring, and digital support tools.
Implementation of programs targeting women returning to work, young adults, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Creation and dissemination of educational content promoting mental health awareness and practical wellbeing strategies.
Development of a digital platform integrating microlearning, goal-setting, and wellbeing diagnostics (scorecard methodology).
Public Benefit
All services are designed to benefit the wider Australian community, particularly those facing barriers to mental health support and career development. The Foundation will operate in accordance with the ACNC’s public benefit test and not distribute profits to members.
The assets and income of the organisation shall be applied solely to further its objects and no portion shall be distributed directly or indirectly to the members of the organisation except as genuine compensation for services rendered or expenses incurred on behalf of the organisation.
